Anybody has stayed in this hotel before? This is my husband and I's first trip to Phuket.

The travel agent we got the tickets did not offer us much choice and so we chose this.

Wonder what is the service like?

I would love to go for horse riding. Any place nearby has this?

What else could I do in Phuket? Can I travel from beaches to beaches easily? What is the cost like? Anybody?

Can't comment about the hotel - just don't know.

The nearsest horse-riding would be just past Kathu (say a 20 minute taxi ride from Patong) or on the way to Rawai (say 25+ taxi ride). Sorry, no further ideas about this subject.

You can't get a bus direct from beach to beach, either rent a car/jeep (from 700 baht/day) or hire taxi for the day (from 500 baht for part day).

I'm going to Phuket in Oct. I was gonna stay the hotel you are planning. But I have change my mind. I checked the web site of the hotel. They have nice rooms but no balcony. Where we go to?? It's a place to relax, having a resort time need balcony for relaxing and sun bathing with sea view!!
That is my opinion. Do you agree?
So I am going to stay Patong Village, just north side from Bungla Rd. and costs less than Royal Plam Beach Resortel.
