I have book a pool-acces-room of Seaview Patong Hotel.But surcharge 500B/pernignt is amust to guarantee the pool-acces room.I welcome any feedback of this hotel anf this room type? Is it worth 2600B/night? Thank u in advance.

Can't comment about room standard, can only tell about location and my passing impressions. This is a nice enough beach resort style hotels, not too flash, but has all the essentials of a resort hotel. Not such a large scale place, only 3 floors. Great location to the extreme south end of Patong Beach, so step across the beach road and onto the sand. Only a 5 minute walk back north to Patong central and 10 minutes walk to the main night-life area.

Most rooms will have a nice sea view but I suspect that the ground floors will not have much of a view (bushes & shrubs in the way), so I doubt whether the pool access rooms would have a good view.... just my comment....

2,600 baht/night sounds a reasonable price for this style of hotel.

I have stayed there and found it to be a great hotel. The pool access rooms are nice and yes you can walk onto yourt balcony and get straight in but then you miss out on any view of the ocean like the other rooms. The pool access rooms are only in one of the pools. A very nice resort great place to relax around the pool and the staff were very friendly going back there next year.

I just booked the pool-access-room, I hope this room will not let me disppointed.
