My mom will be in Kuala Lumpur for three days. She will be staying in a hotel in golden triangle. What is the best way for transportation from airport to her hotel? Does she need a tour guide as she speaks CHinese only?

The airport taxis at KLIA are very convenient. Your mom won't miss their counter right after exiting customs. She only needs to tell the desk personnel which hotel she will be staying in and the taxi will bring her there. I'd recommend the train but your mom might not like the idea of transferring to a taxi once she reaches the central station at city centre. ;)
