Hi could anyone possibly give me some idea of the prices i should expect to pay within the (Patong Resort ) area for eg
1. Bottle of beer
2. Bottle of wine
3. Meals lunch dinner etc.
4. An evening show.
Prices In Thai Baht preferred.

Hi again Paul,

1. Bottle beer... small Thai beer from 50 - 70 Baht, Imported beer from 70 - 90 Baht depending on type of bar (Disco more expensive). Buy at shop (& drink at tables outside shop for about 30 - 35 Baht.

2. Wine.... expensive in Thailand. Cheaper range from 500 Baht. Even in the shops a decent bottle of wine would be at least 300 baht.

3. Meals.... depend on standard of resturant and whether Thai or Western food. In a medium standard place Western breakfast 90 - 100 Baht, other meals Thai from 80 - 120 Baht, western from 150 - 300 baht (for steak). You can eat a lot cheaper at the small pavement stall/shops.

4. Shows.... FantaSea 500 - 600 Baht, Simon Caberet 500 baht (I think ??). That's about all the evening shows I can think of.
