What hotel is the best hotel to stay close to all night clubs Thanks :ooo: [color:pink] [/color]

Shangri-La will be the best hotel to base yourself in, it is very close to most of the bars and clubs in the KLCC area. If not for Shangri-La try to base yourself around KLCC or Bukit Bintang since most of the clubs are surrounding that area. In the weekdays bars like Beach, Thai bar has live music and some dj's afterwards. Fridays and Saturdays, the clubs get going in full swing.

Shangrila Hotel, walk across the road and there you are.

A cheaper one would be Concorde hotel, adjacent to Hard Rock Kuala Lumpur.

At Bintang Walk would be the Marriott KL.

Others i can think of are Renaissance, Maya KL and mayb the Impiana KLCC.

Hi Tanya...Our family has just returned from three weeks in Asia.(see Just back post for more info)..and we stayed at the Renaisance New World Wing Hotel. This hotel is fantastic and close to KLCC and within reasonable walking distance of Thai Club and also Beach Club both are about 100m from each other and were going off even mid week we caught taxis for our nights out..it was cheap and I felt safer at such late hours of the night. I can also say that the pool area of the hotel is just stunning..tennis court too and a gorgeous bakery just off the lobby. The rooms are very nice indeed and the hotel also has live entertainment 6 nights of the week if you just want to chill and have a few quiet drinks. Both Westin and Crowne Plaza are in the middle of Golden Triange area and close to all the night life activities, so you are well covered. The bars I would recommend in that area are Thai bar, Beach is alright, Rum Jungle is a nice place for a quiet drink. In terms of club Zouk is one of my favourite in there, Cream is good as well.

May I also add that Westin is a great choice, I stayed in there for a couple of nights in my last trip and it is a new hotel and very modern hotel, I would say you will enjoy your stay there. :grin:

Both Crowne Plaza and Westin are close to Shangrila, short cab ride away, if you want to walk, you can. Not that i've tried. HaHa.
