Just wondering where the best spots to shop are for sports clothing, electricals - like DVD players etc. Im also going to Bangkok, which would be the best place to spend all my shopping money ??????

Also I'm staying in Thavorn Village, any good dining out suggestions, and any good pubs, clubs etc ???

Ive also heard there is a shooting range and a paintball place or something ? is that true and if so wherebouts is it?

Bangkok would be the better place for electricals. Maybe not too much difference in price, but a wider range to choose from.

The shooting range / paintball area is located just north of the Chalong Circle (roundabout) Any tuk tuk driver will be more than pleased to take you there.

Not much around the Thavorn Beach Village that's within walking distance, but a short tuk tuk ride will get you Patong where there's more than enough choices for restaurants and nightlife.
