I wouldnt waste time on a "canoe sea kayak" in Pha Nang Bay (with a short side trip to Fishermans Village and James Bond Island). We departed the hotel at 8am... the sea kayaking itself took only 20 mins, then the rest of the day consisted of the boring drive (about 2 hours) to Pha Nang Bay (from Patong), and the boat trip (45 mins) to the sea kayak platform. We arrived home closely before 6pm. Total waste of a day and about 2000 baht per person.
James Bond Island is also just a tourist gimmik that they try to make money from. Its a tiny island covered in stall-hawkers that approach you as soon as you get off the boat. WASTE OF TIME in my opinion!

Also, the tour included "morning tea and lunch". Morning tea was 1 pineapple (shared between 10 people in the minivan) that we stopped to pick up off the side of the road for 20 baht. Lunch was a cupcake in a plastic wrapper. Was so hungry by the end of the day!
MY POINT... be careful who you book your "tours" with!

Oh yes I forgot to also ask about tattoo shops in Patong, erm are there any and are they hygenic produces good tats for good prices ????
