Hi, After travelling to Thailand many times have decided a change is needed. Just wondering the best time to visit KL and Penang? I have always visited Thailand in Nov. Which is the start of high season and recently got a quote for Bangkok and Hua Hin for sept/Oct and it was so much more expensive then Nov for Bangkok and Phuket. Thanks Pebbles.

I don't really think there's a big difference in rates year round in Penang and KL, except for during the Formula 1 Grand Prix season (KL) and possibly Christmas/New Year season for Penang.
