First time to Krabi this year May 30 - June 8. We are looking at absolute beachfront and have seen the Krabi
Resort web site. Was wondering if the beachfont villas are worth the extra money over seaview villas? Obviously would prefer to be near bars and restaurants as we are not as young as we used to be.

Also, what is the best way to get from Patong to Krabi and back without it being overly expensive. Not by boat.

You may spend your days having a great BBQ on the beach and fire show, or tasting wines during a complimentary party organized by the Management.
You may decide to have a day trip to the near KOH PHI PHI, that you can reach with the Layana speed boat. A fantastic day visiting the island and e peculiarly organized with exotic lunch and fresh wine served on TONSAI BAY.
Continental and THAI Breakfast is something you will enjoy and deeply regret once you leave LAYANA RESORT, a fantastic way to start your mornings.

You can easily reach SALADAN centre by tuk-tuk and find some other restaurants and shops. Special thai food is served at the SALADAN SEA FOOD RESTAURANT, in which you can have a great thai food very cheap, with unformal atmosphere.
