Hi Everyone. Just a wee question? There is 5 of us arriving in April from Perth, and we have hired car's to rent in Patong many times. Does anyone know of car hire from the airport, where you casn leave the car in Patong. I checked out Avis, but they only do Airport to Airport.

Try these i used them last year for hire from BKK very good service and they do what you are looking for but be warned DO NOT smoke in the cars they operate a no smoking policy like many in Thailand these days but dont widely advertise it so they can fine you when they show you the tiny smallprint! cost me 2200 bht!

Try Budget - you can give the car back at the Patong Merlin Hotel, and I'm pretty sure that they would have a pick up at the Phuket Airport. They also have proper insurance.
I'm not 100% sure what they have at the Phuket Airport as I always hire a car from them in Bangkok and give it back in Patong - but as they allow that, I'd be surprised if you couldn't do the same with a car that you picked up at Phuket Airport.
