I'm a newbie and I know its been asked a millin times but is there a local out there who can tell when the best time is, to visit Phuket, A bit of rain here and there doesnt worry us but not constant downpours, Thanks all

November Thur to February are the best months hot and sunny ,but all year its hot humid with some heavy rain,

The 'best' weather months are Dec/Jan/Feb, but these are the busies and most expensive months. Weather still good in March & April, still high season prices, but less people. Wettest months usually Sept & Oct. But quite honestly any time is a good time to have a holiday on Phuket Island.

i agree with your weather for these months,but is there any real price difference from high season to low season,
cant say ive noticed any

Definitely there is with regards to hotel prices. In some cases it can be double the cost for high season compared with prices during the low season. It can be the same for flights. You would be more likely to find cheaper flights during the low season to try and attract visitors. So there can be a very real price difference.

Hotel prices can be half price or less, flight significantly cheaper, maybe a small discount on tours.

But not any difference with eating out, drinks, shopping.
