come up and on to Bangkok. just to take warm breath from the cold Europe.

Where could we actually stay to get easiest relaxing time without rush? I used to stayed in Sukhumvit area.

I kind of fall in love with this city.

You might look into riverside accommodations. The Center Point Silom is reasonable, and offers very easy convenient access to the BTS Skytrain and Chao Phraya express boats.

You can check out Anantara Baan Rajprasong, new and plush and close to the skytrain in Ratchadamri. Or, as what Curt suggested, stay in the riverside area. What's your budget?
