I'm off to Penang for the first time and wondering if there are any dress codes in restaurants, malls etc? We will be travelling with a 1 and 2 year old... any suggestions?
Looking at staying at the Holiday Inn.

Trust me, Malaysia is a liberal country. Anything will be fine, there's no dress code. The only exception for dress code is around religious area example around Mosque compound & etc.
