Anonymous Anonymous Unregistered	Thanks for the reply.... I have two more questions.... (1) I saw some site mentioned that the best way to get around is by moped, but a bit dangerous. Do they mean the traffic is bad, or the road condition is not very good? I have been riding the moped for a while while I was living at Taiwan. So if they mean by it is dangerous to ride and control the moped, then I should be OK. But renting moped or a car, should I need to worry about it would get stolen? (2) Has anyone tried the Body Care at Poppies, or Tamarind Springs Villiage for their massage service? Thanks very much for the help.....

Driving is quite safe as long as you keep your eyes wide open. Most of the accidents are usually due to unexperience drivers who forget than rules from europe or similar countries don't always apply in Samui (Never assume that a driver waiting at a stop sign saw you coming until you met his eyes. Don't drive after drinking is highly recommended because sometimes you need your reflexes intact when the car in front of you suddenly breaks... and don't drive too fast . Practice a bit the foot break if not used to it.... I've seen many tourists forgetting how it works at the last minute and trying to stop the bike with heir feet on the ground! Look at the holes (rain evacuation holes) on the road, They can make you lose conrol. If you follow thosebasic rules, it is safe... I've been driving 8 years around here and never got a scratch... About stealing a bike? not to worry about.... the only case I heard are about mistaken bikes which are usually retrieved the next day.... (all the bikes rented look alike, specially atnight, after party)
