Hi guys will be in KL & Langkawi from around 6 september for 8 nights (2 KL & 6 Langkawi).

As this is our first time to both of these destinations could you all please advise best shopping areas, must sees, best snorkelling. With regard to the snorkelling, I saw on a site yesterday that September is not a particularly good time, due to monsoons and that often snorkelling trips cannot be done due to rough seas. Is this the case ?
