I know Air Asia flies from Penang to Bangkok. From Langkawi, you can catch a Ferry to Penang and then from there take a teksi to the airport then go Bangkok.
Langkawi is a tax free heaven for alcohol. Alochol is very cheap there. So i guess wine is gonna be cheap. Havnt been there in ages, so cant help on price. But to get alcohol out of the island, you need to stay a min of 2 nights i think. Clarify with your travel agent.

We flew from Langkawi to Bankgok took about 1.5 hours I think.
From what I know, wine is very expensive in Langkawi. But spirits are extremely cheap. A bottle of Jack Daniels 1 litre will cost you about $20.00. A litre bottle of either Grants Scotch or Jim Beam is about $14.00
