Hi there, I'm from cold Canada and I have taken my scuba corse here at the local dive center but I didn't do my open water yet. Is it possible to just do the open water dives?

Yes, no problem at all, any DC can help you with that. Count on about 8,000 Baht for 2 days, including equipment and certification.
Make sure you bring your referral form, filled out and signed where applicable by your instructor.
