Is the road condition in KL easy to drive and also is it easy to locate our way and are most of the road 1 way or 2 ways traffic?
I will be there tomorrow for only 1 night 2 days and thought of going to Twin Towers, National Monument, Thean Hou Temple, Chinatown and Central Market. Is the parking lots easily access over these areas? What did they have at Central Market, is it safe to go there? Can we bargain?
Thanks & Rdgs

No, it's not easy to drive. Even locals get lost in KL. The signboards are not accurate.
The road maps? Erm, i wont even bother. Traffic jam is also very very bad to the areas you're going. Parking is also expensive.
Just take a cab.
Central Market is an arts & craft complex. It's safe, no worries. Close to Chinatown, you can do both at the same time.

Nautilus,
Thank you so much for your information but we will be driving from Singapore to KL tomorrow morning as we had already booked the hotel. It is too late for us not to drive, isn't it? Maybe, we might consider parking our car at the hotel and take a cab to some of the places instead. May God Bless Me not to get lost too terribly! HaHa!!!!!

Wow, make sure you know the way to the hotel. It's a long drive. How did the car rental company allow you to drive the car out of Singapore?
Yeah, just park at the hotel, since you're a guest it should be free.
Drive safe and have fun.

Hi Nautilus,
I was back from KL. First of all, thank you for your traffic information, at least we are aware of the signboards. Yes, some of the signboards were very misleading. We got lost a few times. Luckily, we have the device 'GPS' to guide us along the way.
Actually I am a Singaporean. We drove to KL using our own transport. It took about 4 hours to drive there (including resting along the Highway resting area) and it was really tiring. We parked our car at the Hotel but was charged 8
ringgit per day. We travelled by LRT and Monorail to Chinatown, Central Market and Twin Towers, it was very convenient and relaxing, at least we were not afraid of getting lost in the town. Both stations are near to our Hotel.
Warmest Rdgs

Yeah, very misleading road signs, i get lost a lot in KL also.
Oh you got the GPS software? Which one is it? I have friends trying them out on HP ipaqs and the new Nokia Phone. Can you provide me more information on that.
Glad you had a good trip.
