Hi savemorecentral, u can try tune hotel. here is the website http://www.tunehotels.com/. There are buses depart from Genting to Kuala Lumpur every hour. The last bus departs at 11pm.
i suggest that u check out the budget hotel along jalan tengkat tong shin. it a road behind bukit bintang there is a lot of them there. quite cheap. u also can try the city tour bus that pass along the road. wont miss the buss as it is a double decker.
I stayed at the Bintang Warisan last year and I will probably stay in it again this year. If you are a shopper it is the best positioned hotel as it is close to all the main shopping centres.
The hotel is a little old but for the price it is adequate as you will easily pay double the price for other less cleaner hotels in the same area.
If you are comfortable forking out A$80-A$100 for a hotel room then this is not the hotel for you. But if you prefer something which is reasonably clean at a reasonable price then this hotel is adequate.
Bonus is it is not a sleazy hotel like some of the other hotels in the area.
