Good morning everyone,
Only 7 1/2 weeks until we go and counting! I was wondering if anyone has done the Simba Seas day out to Phang Nga Bay with kids. Really want to do it but just not sure if it is too much or too long with a 6 & 4 year old.
We are in Phuket for 10 days and would love to do the above plus have plans for day trip with a driver, fantasea, Freedom Beach and lots of shopping & pampering!
Thank you all so much for your posts. I am checking daily for lots of good tips - driving everyone around me mad! Thanks Kate

Hi gossie, On our first visit to Phuket my family thoroughly enjoyed a Sea Canoe trip to Phang Nga Bay that included "James Bond Island". Our girls ages then were 12 & 10 and there were other younger children on board who were quite happy. You can be pampered all over Phuket and most likely at your resort too. Fantasea is most enjoyable but we did not partake in the meal. Shopping is a lot of fun and there is plenty of stalls/markets. We only got back yesterday and we went to the Saturday Phuket town market that is mainly for the locals and its cheaper than in Patong. We had a really enjoyable time there. Their are second hand items plus numerous stalls cooking all sorts of food and worth the try. There are a number of drivers that will take you to various places and have been recommended on this forum. We have a driver (11 seat Van) and if you are interested please PM me for his details. We have used him on all our visits to Phuket and cannot recommend him highly enough. Hi there I would love the name of your driver as we are going over on the 9th July and there will be two families. We would like a driver for a few day trips. If you could send me the information that would be great. Thanks so much.
