Hi all,
In december i'll be going to Thailand and one of my stops is in thailand and people have recommended i stay at the Radisson in Bangkok. I have their internet site and it looks beautiful yet i can't find any reviews on this site or other similar forums.
Has anyone stayed there before? If so, what is it like?

Radisson Bangkok always offers good rates. Part of the reason is its off-central location that is relatively more convenient for the airport. Rooms and services are okay, but don't expect to be anywhere close to the skytrain or even the subway (although they offer a shuttle to the closest unerground station.)

Thanks for that dragonman... i didnt realise it wasn't too close to the hustle and bustle of the markets and nightlife....
do you recommend any similar priced hotels that are a lot closer? it would be greatly appreciated

Staple recommendations in this board are Asia Hotel, Arnoma Hotel, Indra Regent, Pathumwan Princess (priciest in this group at way over USD100/night) and Baiyoke Sky.
