Hi,

This may seem like a strange question but does anyone know where to purchase sun umbrellas?

The last time I was in Bangkok our tour guide had one and I'm wanting to get one as I will be travelling with an infant and thought it would be good to keep the sun off when walking aound the grand palace.

Hi Pebbles,
just get a cheap light weight collapsible from the reject or $2 shop at home or pick up a cheapy over there. Price goes up when it’s raining.

Umbrellas are standard equipment around Bangkok. They can be found all over.

You might try MBK Center for a selection.
If you are up for an adventure, Penang Market might be worth a look.

You can find it everywhere. It is not hard to find.
But Now there are a heavy raining and hot wheater in the same week.
