Don't Stress live longer!!! No one can predict the weather in Phuket so don't worry about the websites that say rain....they always say rain. Every year I go the long range forecast says rain for the entire time I am there and every Year it is wrong. Adey68 is in Patong at the moment and put a post up yesterday saying the weather was "awesome" at the moment. Who knows what it will be doing in July but you will have a great time regardless, but I understand that you would like good weather.

but you know us Brits, we're obsessed with it. It's pretty crap here in Newcastle at the minute and whenever I check out the weather in Thailand on the BBC website it has little pictures of rain and rainclouds - can anyone reassure me about the current weather and please tell me these are just heavy showers that disappear as quickly as they arrive??? We travel on 12th July with 3 night stopover in Dubai and 3 nights in Bangkok then travel down to Phuket for 8 nights staying at the Hol Inn Patong
