Hi Everyone,
We are heading over to Patong in August. A group of 11 of us. A few questions..
1. Can you fit 11 people in the Mini-Bus?
2. What is the going rate at the moment for tuk tuk's and daily hire of mini bus?
3. How much is the Fantasea show? Where is best place to buy tickets for the dinner & show?
4.What are your opinions or advice for staying at the Merlin Beach resort, we will also be at the Banthai (as a return visitor).
5. Travelling with 2 x young children ages 4 & 5 , how much is the kids club at Merlin Beach resort? And what do you suggest for activities for the children to see and do?
6. Are those "pesky" time share people still about? Can you buy swatters to get rid of them?

1) Yes you can fit 11 people in a Mini Bus, but you have to consider the amount of luggage you have with you. So i guess you will need 2 Vans. The latest price is saw for Airport Mini Van is 1100 Baht to Patong, one way, http://phuketdir.com/palbuco/rate.htm
2) Erm going rate? 150 Baht?
Sorry dont know bout Questions 3-5

Thanks Nautilus. I was more enquiring about Mini Van for day trips and sight seeing. How much this is for a day. We have the transport to and from airport already sorted.

Another question I have is how much can you get a Private boat charter to one of the islands for ?
