Hi everyone,
We are staying at the Park Royal in September, looking at options for eating out, not really into the hawkers’ side of it looking for more good quality restaurants within the area of the hotel to visit.
ALSO...
I’m considering a day trip for some major shopping, have view some of the websites for malls and the queensbay mall seems to be the best, has anyone been there in the last few months, thoughts?

I've been to Queensbay mall in Jun. No doubt it's very good for shopping but it is very far from Park Royal. The nearest mall is at Gurney Plaza. Perangin Mall is also a good choice. Have fun!
